The 305th Maintenance Squadron out of McGuire AFB, NJ.
The 305th Maintenance Squadron is part of the 305th Air Mobility Wing at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. Currently enable the KC-10 Extender and C-17 Globemaster III, supporting rapid global mobility. Though the KC-10 has been a loyal staple to the mission, the current plan is to phase in the KC-46 and to fade out the KC-10 from the fleet. With fuel and cargo in flight, the Cobra strike extends across the planet while maintaining base operations just between the two great cities of liberty; modern NYC and historic Philadelphia.
