Business – Anderson IP, LLC is the official business name, Squadron Posters describes what we sell.
Warranty/Refund Policy – If your artwork was damaged during delivery or was defective in any way, you may be eligible for a free replacement without having to send anything back to us! Please keep in mind the following exceptions that will not be eligible for a free replacement. 1) If you alter your product in any way (for example, adding a wire to the frame to hang it, relocating/changing the mounting brackets, etc.), your warranty will be voided because alterations can cause stress on the frame and cause the canvas to separate. We strongly advise to only use the mounting brackets provided, failure to do so may cause damage or the print to fall and will void the warranty. 2) If the replacement request is for a different size frame, or if the personalized text needs to be changed (this becomes an exchange and further instructions will need to be emailed to you, see paragraph below). Please email us at squadronposters@gmail.com to see if your artwork qualifies for a free replacement.
Return/Exchange Policy – If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either ship your order back to us for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from receiving it. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. *Please contact us at: squadronposters@gmail.com for instructions on returning items. Please also note that due to our inability to refund beyond the total amount (for tax purposes), we do not reimburse for return shipping labels.
Personalized Artwork – Please keep in mind that if you wish to cancel or return your personalized artwork order, there is a policy change in effect. You are now free to keep the original artwork, and there is no need to return or destroy the artwork. Instead, we offer a refund of 50% on a “like for like” replacement order. This policy change is due to the nature of personalized information on the artwork, which we cannot resell and must destroy after printing.
Right to Refusal – We retain final authority over what we design and what appears on the site. If you purchase a commission artwork package, you are only purchasing a gift card and not a design fee. We will collaborate to create some amazing artwork, but if we cannot reach an agreement, we will refund your gift card. We have a distinct style of artwork for the site and what we put our name on. If your project deviates significantly from this (for example, requesting a cluttered project with 5 aircraft and a handful of patches instead of beautiful travel prints with one or two aircraft), we reserve the right to refuse the artwork.
Shipping Timeframe – We will process your order within 3 business days and delivery should be within 14 days thereafter. Overseas APO’s and FPO’s may take up to 45 days. If shipped international to a non-APO / FPO address, some countries may charge a customs, duty, or import tax. Please check the import laws that are applicable to your country as this type of tax is the responsibility of the receiver.
Privacy Policy – Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
Use of the site – By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the website owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.
Trademarks/Copyrights – The trademarks, copyrights, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the website owner. Copies, reproductions or reprints designed by Squadron Posters, Anderson IP LLC, and their artists is strictly prohibited.
External links – External links may be provided for your convenience, but they are beyond the control of the website owner and no representation is made as to their content. Use or reliance on any external links and the content thereon provided is at your own risk.

Severability – Any provision of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices, which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether due to being void, invalidity, illegality, unlawfulness or for any reason whatever, shall, in such jurisdiction only and only to the extent that it is so unenforceable, be treated as void and the remaining provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall remain in full force and effect.
Applicable laws (choice of venue and forum) – Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of Oregon, U.S., regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law.
