Business – Anderson IP, LLC is the official business name, Squadron Posters describes what we sell.

Warranty & Replacement Policy – We stand behind the quality of our artwork and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your print arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a free replacement with no need to send anything back.

Please note the following exceptions that do not qualify for a free replacement:

• Requests to change the size, frame style, or format

• Edits to personalized text after the order has been printed

In these cases, the request is considered an exchange, and further instructions will need to be emailed to you. Please see the paragraph below for more information.

If you believe your artwork qualifies for a free replacement, email us at [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number, a photo of the issue (if applicable), and contact us within 30 days of receiving your artwork so we can assist you promptly. We are always happy to help, whether your request qualifies for a replacement or requires an exchange. Our goal is to make things right.

Return & Exchange Policy – If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange it for something else. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the condition you received them, using the original box and/or packaging. Please email us at [email protected] for return instructions before sending anything back. Please note that we do not reimburse return shipping costs, and we are unable to refund more than the total purchase amount due to tax reporting limitations.

Shipping Timeframe – We will process your order within 3 business days and delivery should be within 14 days thereafter. Overseas APO’s and FPO’s may take up to 45 days. If shipped international to a non-APO / FPO address, some countries may charge a customs, duty, or import tax. Please check the import laws that are applicable to your country as this type of tax is the responsibility of the receiver. See details HERE.

Privacy Policy – Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Use of the site – By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the website owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.

External links – External links may be provided for your convenience, but they are beyond the control of the website owner and no representation is made as to their content. Use or reliance on any external links and the content thereon provided is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of liability – The website owner shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your or your company’s personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, neither the website owner nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any share price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.

Conflict of terms – If there is a conflict or contradiction between the provisions of these website terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module of the website shall prevail in respect of your use of the relevant section or module of the website.

Severability – Any provision of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices, which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether due to being void, invalidity, illegality, unlawfulness or for any reason whatever, shall, in such jurisdiction only and only to the extent that it is so unenforceable, be treated as void and the remaining provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall remain in full force and effect.

Applicable laws (choice of venue and forum) – Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of Oregon, U.S., regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law.

Personalized Artwork Policy – If you wish to cancel or return a personalized artwork order, you may keep the original item. There is no need to return or destroy it. Instead, we offer a 50% refund on a “like for like” replacement order. This policy is in place because personalized artwork includes custom details that cannot be resold and must be destroyed after printing. Squadron Posters reserves the right to refuse uploading any licence restricted logos such as commercial airline logos and specific college / university logos (without prior written permission granted). We also refrain from using high level DOD and Military Branch of Service Seals that contain the words “Department of” as these are for official use only and not for commercial use.

Right to Refusal  – We retain final authority over what we design and what appears on our website (Squadronposters.com). We will not design artwork that includes profanity or is in bad taste. We will design artwork that honors those who serve with the intent of reflecting all Branches of Service , Aircraft Manufacturer’s, and the General Aviation Community in a positive depiction only. If you purchase a commission artwork package, you are only purchasing a gift card and not a design fee. We will collaborate to create some amazing artwork, but if we cannot reach an agreement, we will refund your gift card. We have a distinct style of artwork for the site and what we put our name on. If your project deviates significantly from this (for example, requesting a cluttered project with 5 aircraft and a handful of patches instead of beautiful travel prints with one or two aircraft), we reserve the right to refuse the artwork.

Trademarks/Copyrights – The trademarks, copyrights, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the website owner. Copies, reproductions or reprints designed by Squadron Posters, Anderson IP LLC, and their artists is strictly prohibited.

Copyright License and Trademark Notice

Squadron Posters  is an official Licensee of:Some images within the artwork may be covered under multiple licenses depending on depiction. For example: Artwork depicting a Bell / Boeing V-22 Osprey aircraft AND a United States Marine Corps unit logo, will encompass 3 licenses, in which a (undisclosed) license royalty fee is paid to all 3 entities. Final approval of artwork is obtained from all parties involved in a specific rendering (Typically one Branch of Service and one or more Aircraft Manufacturer’s).

No claim is made by Squadron Posters to the exclusive right to use any intellectual property, logos, symbols, emblems, or images of airframes, apart from the mark as shown in accordance with our license agreements.

Squadron Posters does not represent the U.S. Department of Defense or Branches of Service and claims no partnerships with other companies. The images depicted are artists’ interpretations of military installations, unit organizations and missions, designed with the intent of honoring those who serve. 

Licensing fees and royalties collected from the commercial use of military trademarks (such as the U.S. Air Force symbols or Navy and Marine Corps emblems) are used to support Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) programs at the discretion of the specific Branch of Service. All squadron Posters artwork is designed and printed in the United States of America through a non-profit commissioning process seen HERE. Squadron Posters proudly supports our troops!
