55th Maintenance Group is made up of 1,200 military, civilian, and contractor technicians, responsible for providing worldwide support and fleet health to Offutt AFB’s 4 E – 4B and 27 C – 135 special mission aircraft. This maintenance support enabled the execution of approximately 13,000 hours of flight time in fiscal year 2025. The MXG is comprised of three squadrons: the 55th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, the 55th Maintenance Squadron, and the 55th Maintenance Operations Squadron. “Pull Chalks… Maintenance Rocks!”
