The 57th Information Aggressor Squadron (57 IAS) is part of the 57th Operations Group at Nellis AFB, Nevada, and is the USAF’s only Active Duty DoD Cyber Red Team. It participates in large force exercises such as Red Flag and Bamboo Eagle as Red Cyber Forces. When not in LFE, it supports adversary assessments of weapons systems and aggresses friendly networks. The unit follows the Aggressor mantra of “Know, Teach, Replicate” and its motto is “Gong – ji 攻击 (Attack)”.

Nellis Air Force Base (Nellis AFB) is a United States Air Force military base. It is located in the north part of Las Vegas, Nevada. It is home to the Thunderbirds. The base also trains fighter aircraft for the US Air Force. The base is named for William Harrell Nellis, a Las Vegas resident and P-47 pilot who died in action during the Battle of the Bulge in World War II. Nellis AFB is home to the F-15, F-16, and the F-22 Raptors.

The Lockheed Martin/Boeing F-22 Raptor is an American twin-engine, jet-powered, all-weather, supersonic stealth fighter aircraft. As a product of the United States Air Force’s Advanced Tactical Fighter (ATF) program, the aircraft was designed as an air superiority fighter, but also incorporates ground attack, electronic warfare, and signals intelligence capabilities. The prime contractor, Lockheed Martin, built most of the F-22 airframe and weapons systems and conducted final assembly, while program partner Boeing provided the wings, aft fuselage, avionics integration, and training systems.
