The 437th Operations Support Squadron (437 OSS) provides flying operations support to six airlift squadrons in two wings. Responsible for ensuring wing personnel meet worldwide C-17A airland, airdrop, special operations and classified Department of State support requirements. Directly responsible for airfield management, aircrew flight equipment, flight record management, weather, aircrew scheduling, validating current and future tactical employment, aircrew training, and intelligence support for approximately 1,150 active and reserve aircrew members.
