Air Force ROTC Detachment 115 is dedicated to commissioning the best Second Lieutenants in the Air Force and Space Force. In 1952, Air University assumed the responsibility for the Air Force ROTC program that consisted of four-year programs at 188 academic institutions to include Detachment 115 at the University of Connecticut. Cadets graduating from Detachment 115 have gone on to become leaders and experts in all military fields.
