The 752 Operations Support Squadron (OSS) is a part of the 552 Air Control Wing at Tinker AFB, OK, which is 15 mins from Oklahoma City. It is the support squadron for the 552 Air Control Group, which operates the AN/TYQ-23A and AN/TPS-75 better known as the Control and Reporting Center for two geographically separated Air Control Squadrons to provide rapidly deployable command and control to combatant commanders across the globe. The squadron also supports the US Air Forces only Battle Management C2 Mission Defense Team which defends the E-3 and AN/TYQ-23A weapons systems of the 552 ACW. The squadron is known as the “Sabers” for it’s saber tooth tiger mascot and it’s motto is “Fiercely Vigilant”. The squadron’s tactical control callsign is “Thunder”.
