Air Force Operations Training & Force Management Directorate (AF/A34): Serves as the Air Force’s Functional Manager and central authority for aircrew, weather and special warfare management, operational training, and specialized support. This directorate oversees, develops and implements enterprise training standards and certification requirements, integrating emerging warfighting concepts and technologies to prepare operational forces for the modern battlespace. The directorate provides strategic direction for personnel and programs developing force management policy, guidance, requirements, and standards for the Total Force. Provides oversight function for one Field Operating Agency: Air Force Flight Standards Agency (AFFSA).
