Before the flight suit, there’s the classroom, the ruck march, and the leadership lab. Air Force ROTC Detachment 207 trains and commissions Air Force and Space Force officers out of Saint Louis University, tracing its lineage to Parks College, the nation’s first federally certified aviation school (License No. 1). Located less than 20 miles from Scott Air Force Base and Air Mobility Command, Detachment 207 gives future lieutenants a real look at the mission they’re training to join. Every cadet who walks across that stage carries the same standard: integrity, service, and excellence.
