Ben Guerir Morocco 6th BAFRA Art

Ben Guerir Morocco 6th BAFRA Art.

The Royal Moroccan Air Force’s F-16 Fighter Group, part of the 6th BAFRA, is stationed at Ben Guerir Air Base, just north of Marrakech, against the breathtaking backdrop of the Atlas Mountains. Since 2011, they have flown the F-16 Fighting Falcon, known as the “Viper”, in defense of Morocco’s airspace and strategic interests. The unit, known as the “Atlas Vipers,” consists of three squadrons—Falcon, Spark, and Viper—each playing a critical role in securing Morocco’s skies.

This artwork pays tribute to the Atlas Vipers’ dedication, precision, and combat readiness, honoring their legacy as one of the premier fighter units in North Africa.
