The 921st Contingency Response Squadron (921 CRS) also known as “The Dragons“ are part of the 621st Contingency Response Wing at Travis Air Force Base, California. As the leading edge of the Air Force’s Global mobility concept of operations, the 921 CRS contains a pool of dedicated Airmen belonging to various AFSC’s from Aerial Port, to Security Forces, Maintenance and other career fields as needed. These AFSC’s train and deploy together to ensure the consistent and rapid execution of the CRW mission of immediate response capabilities on a global scale. Providing the opening and operating of air bases in concert with seizure forces and follow-on sustainment forces. – “Bring The Heat”
