The 94th Fighter Training Squadron (94 FTS) Airmanship 461 is the United States Air Force Academy’s glider instructor pilot upgrade program. USAFA is located right at the base of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado Springs which brings its own set of unique challenges for cadets to overcome as they become the Air Force’s youngest instructor pilots.

The TG-16A Glider is a part of the U.S. Air Force Academy‘s sailplane fleet. The TG-16A is used to train USAFA cadets in soaring operations.
