The 99th Expeditionary Reconnaissance Squadron (99 ERS) is part of the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing, Al Dhafra AB, UAE. It is the United States Air Force’s only combined High – Altitude Reconnaissance Squadron, employing both the U-2S and three variants of the RQ-4. The 99 ERS provides 24/7 support to 2 Combatant Commander’s across 4 Operational Areas. The squadron is known as the “Desert Dragons”
