The 419th Flight Test Squadron (419th FTS) belongs to the 412th Test Wing, Edwards AFB, CA. The squadron executes developmental test and evaluation for B-1, B-2, and B-52 bombers as the operations component of the Global Power Bomber Combined Test Force. The Global Power Bomber Combined Test Force is responsible for developmental test of all upgrades, weapons, and equipment for the three legacy USAF bombers. The squadron also hosts the Air Force’s C-12 Formal Training Unit, training C-12 pilots for multiple DoD customers around the globe.
