VR-51 C-40A – Windjammers poster art.
The Fleet Logistics Support Squadron 51 (VR-51) “Windjammers” operate out of Marine Corps Base Hawaii in Kailua (windward side of Oahu). The squadron has recently transitioned from the C-20G (Gulfstream IV) to the C-40A Clipper (Boeing 737-700C). They now join five other C-40A squadrons in the wing that fly the C-40A.
