The C-37A is a military version of the Gulfstream V aircraft that provide world-wide airlift for senior leadership and dignitaries and C-37B is a military version of the Gulfstream 550. C-37 are low-wing, business jets powered by two turbofan engines equipped with thrust reversers capable of all-weather, long-range, high-speed nonstop flights.
The 15th Operations Group is a part of the 15th Wing at Joint Base Pearl harbor-Hickam. It operates the C-17A Globemaster III, the C-37A, and C-40B DV airlift aircraft. We are the only DV airlift unit in the Pacific. Our mission statement is Building Airmen leaders, trained and equipped to employ Pacific Airpower to great effects.
