Squadron Posters – 

license Agreemen – Pima Air & Space Museum

This is a Commercial limited license agreement for one specific Squadron Posters (SP) artwork “Pima Air & Space Museum, Tucson Arizona” – http://www.squadronposters.com/product/pima-air-space-museum-tucson-arizona/ to be used by the purchaser (Pima Air & Space Museum) for printing on *specific resale merchandise items (with the exception of wall Art). Wall art can be obtained through Squadron Posters exclusively.  This limited Licence agreement allows the purchaser to use the high resolution images (provided by Squadron Posters) for profit, in the sale of *postcards and magnets.

This limited licence agreement is limited to the artwork “Pima Air & Space Museum, Tucson Arizona” and no other Squadron Posters images.  Purchaser will cite Squadronposters.com as the merchandise provider. (can be mentioned once next to displayed *merchandise as deemed appropriate by purchaser.)

Squadron Posters is the primary owner of the license and will share with the purchaser limited rights.  SP will provide two image file sizes (Detentions: 4800 x 6000 and 6000 x 9000) in high resolution and will allow the image to be re-sized by the purchaser to fit merchandise as needed. Squadron Posters agrees to provide the limited rights to the purchaser for an indefinite period of time. Additional service out side this agreement may include charges for lost image files, changes to the art, or re-sizing images for product fit. The limited rights of the purchaser also include no altering of the image other than re-sizing to fit specific merchandise as needed. Squadron Posters reserves the right to use vector image elements created in this new artwork in other art as needed. 

SP also agrees to promote “Pima Air & Space Museum” through it’s social media methods (Facebook, Twitter and Pintrist) as well as providing a hylerlink to the preferred “Pima Air & Space Museum” website on the specific SP “Pima Air & Space Museum, Tucson Arizona” artwork page. SP agrees to post the new “Pima Air & Space Museum, Tucson Arizona” artwork on squadronposters.com in standard SP product formats and make the artwork available to the public. Profits from SP art sales sold by SP remain with squadronposter.com /Anderson IP LLC.

If the purchaser chooses to be the sole retail vendor of “poster” media of the specific “Pima Air & Space Museum, Tucson Arizona” artwork, Squadron Posters will agree at no additional charge and remove the poster media option from their specific “Pima Air & Space Museum, Tucson Arizona” SP retail page. SP will direct customers to the Pima Air & Space Museum store for purchasing poster’s of this artwork. Squadron Posters reserves the dual right to sell canvas prints of this artwork. This poster re-sale option will take effect if requested by the purchaser and after the 1st initial purchase of posters.

The purchaser can add the “Pima Air & Space Museum, Tucson Arizona” art image on additional merchandise for an additional fee(s). (Please feel free to contact us whenever this may be the case.)

This Commercial licence agreement is outside the scope of Squadronposters.com /Anderson IP LLC standard offering of “never charging a design or set-up fee”. (SP does not charge a set-up or design fee for individuals or organisations while simultaneously giving licensing rights.)

The intent of this document is to allow the purchaser the freedom to use completed high resolution artwork image on postcards and magnets at an unlimited quantity and unlimited time period while protecting Squadron Posters intellectual and artistic vector image property. By purchasing this package (add to cart and complete check-out), the purchaser agrees to the terms provided in this document. (Please keep a copy for your records.)
