The 36 Intelligence Squadron home of the “Hawkeyes”, is part of the 363d Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing (363 ISRW) at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. Their mission is to produce and deliver timely, tailored targeting and geospatial intelligence to enable air component dominance of the battlespace. 

Joint Base Langley–Eustis is a United States military facility located adjacent to Hampton and Newport News, Virginia. The base is an amalgamation of the United States Air Force’s Langley Air Force Base and the United States Army’s Fort Eustis which were merged on 1 October 2010. Langley is three hours south of Washington DC, one hour north of Virginia beach, in the heart of the Historic Triangle.
