AFROTC Det 610 is a split detachment with one wing in Fargo, ND at North Dakota State University (NDSU) and the other wing in Grand Forks, ND at University of North Dakota (UND). NDSU’s mascot is the Bison and UND’s mascot is the “Fighting Hawks”. One of their Mottos is “One Det, two Wings.” The other is “Negative temperatures, positive results.” Learn more: HERE

Fargo, ND has an Air National Guard Base (Fargo ANGB) that is home to the 119th Wing, which flies the MQ-9 Reaper Drone. Grand Forks has an Air Force Base (Grand Forks AFB) that is home to the 319th Air Base Wing, which flies the RQ-4 Global hawk. NDSU is known for their football team and UND is known for their Hockey team. UND conducts their ROTC events at the historic Armory on their campus. NDSU does their ROTC events at the Bentson Bunker Fieldhouse on campus.
