The 14th Operations Support Squadron (14 OSS) is the 14th Flying Training Wing’s most diverse squadron, responsible for producing over 426 new pilots and WSOs annually. 170+ member squadron spanning 10 separate facilities and supports five flying squadrons, executing over 81,000 hours and 58,000 sorties per year. Responsible for operations support in all phases of Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training, to include air traffic control, flight records management, weather support, aircrew flight equipment, airfield and airspace management.
