At squadronposters.com we appreciate the the old school military aviation nose art and propaganda poster art from generations past. Nose art and propaganda poster art from WWI and WWII continues to inspire our vintage style military travel posters today!

There are over 500 posters in the archival collection with 150 of them from the WWI era at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force. Many posters were used as WWI propaganda purposes. Pictures of WWI art were used to sell liberty war bonds, fund the Red Cross, and support soldiers. Museum Curator Christina Douglass shows us some of the WWI era posters from the archives at the museum.
