We can Create New or Modify Existing Poster artwork through one of our 4 methods.

All of the artwork you see on our site today was commissioned through these 4 non-profit options. We do not charge any design or other fees as we give the full value of our commission art packages back in printed art. If you need this quicker than our listed timelines, you will need to also add our Rush Order option to your cart (below). The process is very easy, simply purchase the approperat commission art package and everything will happen from there.

- 1st step: is to purchase the appropriate package obtained HERE. Our
system will automatically generate and push a coupon voucher code for the full amount of the package back to your email address from the order information. - 2nd step: We will then send you a simple Artists Brief PowerPoint Template to fill out and return, this information will give us a starting point.
- 3rd step: Using the Artists Brief Template information, we will then create a draft for your review and make any changes needed through an email revision process. Once you approve the final draft, we will post the new art on our site and make it available.
- 4th step: Once approved, we will send you a direct link to the new art. You can also use the coupon voucher code that comes with your package at any time, for any printed art on our site including the new art once completed.
We do not charge any design or other fees as we give the full value of our commission art packages back in printed art via a coupon voucher code. The margins in the prints obtained from the commission art package simply cover our internal design costs. As a military family owned business, we decided to not profit from the initial designs as this is one way we give back to those who serve. The artwork must simply have an appeal to others (such as a group of veterans) as we become viable as a business only through continued long-term sales. We will create the new design with your ideas and input and will make it available only after your final approval. (Please Note: If your Military and Government Purchase Order (GPC) card holder does not allow coupon voucher codes, please email us at [email protected] and we can make other arrangements).
PLEASE NOTE: After we complete your new design it will be made available to you and the general public at our standard pricing for future follow-up sales. We become viable as a business only through the long-term repeat sales of the art. We do not profit from the initial design work as we give the full value of our commission art packages back in “printed art”. This is just one of the ways we give back to those who serve! We will not design new art that includes restricted or copyrighted trademarked logos. Squadron Posters is an official Licensee of the U.S. Branches of Service, Civil Air Patrol, and many various aircraft manufacturers and entities. (No federal endorsement intended). However, Squadron Posters reserves the right to refuse applying any licence restricted logos such as commercial airline logos and specific college / university logos (without prior written permission granted). We also refrain from using high level DOD and Military Branch of Service Seals that contain the words “The Department of” as these are for official use only and not for commercial use. Please do not commission any personal artwork that you do not want made available to the general public. If so, you are granting Squadron Posters the right to sell the artwork without any restrictions. Personalized information will only be made through our user interface software that is available only on our personalized artwork series and will not be embedded into the new art template (for privacy reasons). We also refrain from creating artwork that is too specific to a single person’s career as this will restrict potential future sales (if this is your intent, please see our personalized artwork series). We can create new artwork to the unit level as well as any logical chain of command grouping (such as: squadron, group, and wing). By commissioning new art you are agreeing to these terms.
