When directed, the “Enroute Pacesetters” generate, launch, and recover air mobility missions in order to deploy, receive, and sustain combat forces.</span></p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>167th AW Low Level C-17 poster art.</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><b>Shepherd Field Air National Guard Base</b> is the home base of the <strong>West Virginia Air National Guard 167th Airlift Wing</strong> located at the <strong>Eastern West Virginia Regional Airport</strong>, 4 miles south of <strong>Martinsburg, West Virginia</strong>. During peak surges, the installation population is approximately military 1500 personnel, consisting of both full-time Air Reserve Technicians (ART) and Active Guard and Reserve (AGR) and part-time Traditional Guardsmen (TG). The 167th Airlift Group was redesignated the <strong>167th Airlift Wing (167 AW)</strong> on 1 October 1995 and as it became operationally capable in the C-130H-3 aircraft to perform its airlift mission. BRAC 2005 converted the wing's aircraft from the C-130 Hercules to the C-5 Galaxy. In February 2012, the Force Structure Overview was released by the Secretary of the Air Force. The document detailed numerous aircraft changes throughout the active, Guard and Reserve forces, including the replacement of the unit's C-5 aircraft with <strong>C-17's</strong>. On September 25, 2014, the 167th Airlift Wing flew its final C-5 mission, a local training sortie. That same day the wing received its first <strong>C-17 Globemaster III</strong> aircraft, one of eight C-17s the unit is slated to receive.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 268</strong> (<strong>VMM-268) </strong>is a part of Marine Aircraft Group, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing stationed at <strong>Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, Oahu, Hawaii</strong>. <strong>VMM-268</strong> operates the <strong>MV-22 Osprey</strong> tiltrotor aircraft executing the assault support mission in the MAGTF. MCAS Kaneohe Bay is located in the northeastern shore of Oahu close to some of the world’s most famous beaches such as Kailua Beach, Lanikai Beach, North Shore, and Diamond Head. The squadron is known as the <span style="color: #d83131;"><em><strong>“Red Dragons”</strong></em> </span>with Trixxie the Dragon as the beloved mascot. <strong>VMM-268</strong> is responsible for completing the first Trans-Pacific Flight of 4 MV-22s from Hawaii to Australia in 2017.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Marine Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Squadron 3</strong> <strong>(VMU-3) </strong>was founded on September 12, 2008 as the <strong>United States Marine Corps</strong>’ third Unmanned Aircraft squadron.  <strong>VMU-3</strong> participated in the Global War on Terror with multiple deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. Originally stationed in Marine Air Ground Combat Center 29 Palms, California, VMU-3 moved to <strong>MCBH Kaneohe Bay</strong> in June 2014. The squadron currently flies the <strong>RQ-7B v2</strong> <strong>Shadow</strong> and will add on the MQ-21 Blackjack in 2017. Nickname: <em><strong>"Phantoms"</strong></em>.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">The <b>AAI RQ-7 Shadow</b> is an <strong>American unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)</strong> used by the United States Army, <strong>Marine Corps</strong>, Australian Army and Swedish Army for reconnaissance, surveillance, target acquisition and battle damage assessment. Launched from a <strong>trailer-mounted pneumatic catapult</strong>, it is recovered with the aid of arresting gear similar to jets on an aircraft carrier. Its gimbal-mounted, digitally stabilized, liquid nitrogen-cooled electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) camera relays video in real time via a C-band line-of-sight data link to the ground control station (GCS).</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><b>Marine Corps Base Hawaii</b> (<b>MCBH</b>), formerly <b>Marine Corps Air Station, Kaneohe Bay</b> and originally Naval Air Station Kaneohe Bay, is a <strong>U.S. Marine Corps base</strong> facility and air station located on the Mokapu Peninsula of windward <strong>O'ahu</strong> in the City &#38; County of <strong>Honolulu</strong>. Marine Corps Base Hawaii, <strong>Kaneohe Bay </strong>(fondly referred to as <strong>K-Bay</strong>) is home to Marines, sailors, their family members, and civilian employees.</span></p>
