The Squadron’s primary mission is to conduct in-garrison and expeditionary signals intelligence operations as part of the Air Force Cryptologic Enterprise with the National Security Agency-Washington in support of Combatant Commanders, the Intelligence Community, and national-level decision makers. Ft Meade is only 45 minutes from Washington, D.C. and 30 minutes from Baltimore, MD.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">The<strong> 22d Intelligence Squadron (22 IS)</strong> is part of the 70th Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance Wing at <strong>Fort George G. Meade, Maryland</strong>. It provides decisive information operations shaping the battle space environment. It tasks and conducts signals intel operations in support of the Department of Defense (DOD) and other authorized organizations as an integral part of the National Security Agency (NSA). Originally founded in <strong>1917</strong> as a "pursuit fighter squadron", the <strong>22d Aero Squadron</strong>; the 22d Intelligence Squadron is <strong>over 100 years old</strong>. The iconic <strong>Smith IV SPAD XIII</strong> found in the Smithsonian, flew under the banner of the 22d Aero Squadron in WWI. The squadron’s name is <em><strong>“The Shooting stars”</strong></em>, also known as the <span style="color: #333399;"><em><strong>“Best in Blue"!</strong></em></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">The <strong>70th Operations Support Squadron (70 OSS), </strong>also known as the <em><strong>"Knight Stalkers"</strong></em>. Their mission is to strengthen the <strong>70th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing (</strong><strong>70 ISRW)</strong> cryptologic and Intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) operations by optimizing capabilities and developing combat mission-ready Airmen equipped to execute full-spectrum worldwide cryptologic operations. The <strong>70 OSS</strong> was activated on 1 May 2005 under the 70th Operations Group and transitioned to the 70th Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing on 14 January 2009 to oversee 30 of the 70 ISR Wing core cryptologic intelligence programs for six ISR Groups and 19 Squadrons. Additionally, the<strong> 70 OSS</strong> manages the Wing Operations Center, Wing Reserve Management Office and the DIRNSA Enlisted Internship Programs. The <strong>70 OSS</strong> is the enabling force behind the 70 ISRW operational mission to train and equip cryptologic and information operations specialists to carry out 25 AF and National Security Agency Tri-Service Operations. - <span style="color: #0000ff;"><em><strong>"Fight's On!"</strong></em></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">The <strong>7th Intelligence Squadron (7 IS)</strong> is part of the 70th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (<strong>ISR</strong>) Wing at <strong>Fort George G. Meade, Maryland</strong>. <strong> </strong>The<strong> 7 IS</strong> Airmen drive Cyber ISR Operations and Analysis for the <strong>national intelligence community</strong>, <strong>Air Force</strong>, and Combatant Commanders.  The <strong>7 IS</strong> integrates personnel into the <strong>National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS)</strong> to conduct both Computer Network Exploitation (<strong>CNE</strong>) and Defensive Cyber Operations.  Airmen also conduct research, development, maintenance, and acquisition to support National Security Requirements.  <strong>Fort Meade</strong> is centrally located between <strong>Baltimore, MD</strong> and <strong>Washington, D.C.</strong> and offers a myriad of activities and sights to see from the Inner Harbor to the National Mall.</span></p>

This stunning artwork featuring the <strong>US Air force Memorial</strong> and the <strong>Lincoln Memorial </strong>is dedicated to all those who serve or have served with the<strong> <strong>34th Intelligence Squadron. </strong></strong></span><span style="color: #000000;">The mission of the <strong>34th Intelligence Squadron</strong> is to conduct signals intelligence against transnational targets in the strategic, operational and tactical arena, both from home station and while deployed. It is also responsible for ensuring secure communications for current and future weapons, the United States nuclear enterprise, the Department of Defense and other government organizations through the management of information assurance programs. Their Motto is <em><strong>"One Tough Duck"</strong>.</em></span></p>
