The 5th Operations Group (5th OG) is the backbone of the 5th Bomb Wing, providing the aircrews who fly the wing's B-52H Stratofortress aircraft out of Minot AFB. The 5th OG is comprised of the 23rd Bomb Squadron, 69th Bomb Squadron and the 5th Operations Support Squadron. The 5th Operations Group's history dates back more than eight decades to the infancy of military aviation. It originally activated as the 2nd Group (Observation) 15 August 1919, at Luke Field in the Territory of Hawaii.

The 22d Attack Squadron (22 ATKS) is part of the 732d Operations Group, 432d Wing, Creech AFB, NV, approximately 50 miles NW of Las Vegas. Re-designated from the 22d Reconnaissance Squadron in 2016, the 22 ATKS flies the MQ-9 Reaper, and formerly flew the MQ-1 Predator. Their mission is to hunt and kill our Nation’s worst enemies in order to preserve the peace and security of the United States. The “Demon Eagles” motto is “Dealing Vengeance.”

If you look closely at the ground, you will see a Snake. The 22d ATKS are partnered with the 78th ATKS, the Bushmasters, the squadrons are Air Force Reserve TFI partners.

The 26th Cyberspace Operations Group provides cyberspace security and defense (CS&D) across the Air Force enterprise.  In other words, they are the “White Hats” that defend the good guys in “Blue” cyberspace. They operate three of the Air Force’s six cyberspace weapon systems*. The group is part of the 688th Cyberspace Wing and is based at Joint Base San Antonio, Lackland, Texas. The group’s historical mascot is the Gargoyle – standing watch 24/7 over the Air Force Enterprise. The group’s mantra is “Keeping the good guys safe”.

Fort Campbell, located in Kentucky, is home to the 101st Airborne Division and the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. Campbell Army Airfield is a military airport at Fort Campbell. Previously Campbell Air Force Base, a U.S. Air Force installation from 1947 to 1959, this U.S. Army airfield has two asphalt paved runways. The airfield currently houses UH-60, CH-47, AH-64, and OH-58 helicopters of the 101st Combat Aviation Brigade and MH-60, MH-47, and MH-6 helicopters of the 160th SOAR. It is also home to elements of the 159th Combat Aviation Brigade. Before 2004, all the 101st Airborne Division's Chinooks were in 7th Battalion and the 101st Aviation Regiment.

The 218th ISRG provides predictive analysis critical to conducting Cyberspace Operations across the vast global cyber domain. The intelligence analysts & network specialist across the 218th ISRG, utilize a wide range of communications systems, computer networks and technology in order to enable U.S. Air Force Cyberspace mission planning. Their efforts ensure the effectiveness and success of military cyberspace operations and capabilities. The 218th ISRG also play a key role in providing support to domestic operations and crisis response activities across the state of Tennessee.
