<p><span style="color: #000000;">The <strong>479th Student Squadron </strong>is part of the 479th Flying Training Group based at <strong>Naval Air Station Pensacola</strong>, Florida. The 479 STUS exercises administrative control of over 450  students at U. S, Air Force Undergraduate Combat Systems Officer Training. The squadron also conducts all academic and simulator instruction for UCT. Instructor cadre of the <em><strong>“Fightin Owls”</strong></em> fly either the <strong>T-1A <em>“Jayhawk”</em></strong> or<strong> T-6A <em>“Texan II”.</em></strong></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">The <strong>479th Student Squadron </strong>is part of the 479th Flying Training Group based at <strong>Naval Air Station Pensacola</strong>.  The 479 STUS exercises administrative control of over 450  students at USAF Undergraduate Combat Systems Officer Training (UCT).  The squadron also conducts all academic and simulator instruction for <strong>UCT</strong>.  Instructor cadre of the <em><strong>“Fightin Owls”</strong></em> fly either the <strong>T-1A <em>“Jayhawk”</em></strong> or<strong> T-6A <em>“Texan II”. </em></strong></span><span style="color: #000000;">The 479th Flying Training Group<b> </b>is a <strong>United States Air Force</strong> unit, stationed at <strong>Naval Air Station Pensacola</strong>. A component of Air Education and Training Command (AETC). The  <strong>Pensacola beach</strong> sign is a famous landmark that directs drivers to '<em><strong>t</strong><strong>urn</strong><strong><em> r</em>ight</strong></em>' for a scenic tour along the gulf. The iconic sign in this poster fittingly says '<em><strong>bank right</strong></em>'.</span></p>
