The 388th Maintenance Squadron (388th MXS) is the largest squadron in the 388th Fighter Wing located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. It maintains the Air Force’s first combat coded F-35A Lightning II aircraft to ensure premiere war-fighting capabilities and agility to rapidly employ combat power anytime, anywhere! Hill Air Force Base is located 30 minutes North of Salt Lake City, which proudly hosted the 2002 Winter Olympics. The squadron is represented by the mighty “Griffins!”
