The 186th Air Refueling Wing is stationed in Meridian, Misissippi. (Key Field) and is a part of the Mississippi Air National Guard. Key Field is named after the Key brothers who revolutionized air refueling setting an endurance record in 1935. This plane is located in the Smithsonian. The 153rd Air Refueling Squadron is the flying Sqd and fly the KC-135R Stratotankers. They are known as the "Magnolia Militia". (Established in 1939).
