Dover Air Force Base is located in the heart of the "First State" - Delaware. • Last one's just for fun...Track Tail Flashes Flown: when you're out in the wild you may step to other unit's aircraft even if you're not a part of that base or squadron, track each tail you've flown by coloring in the design based on that unit.
• Hanging Device Included: No need to buy a frame, this comes with two black wooden slats. One slides into the top of the canvas and has a leather string to hang it from. The second wooden slat slides onto the bottom to provide weight and keep the canvas straight against the wall. These are similar to how ancient scrolls worked, you can take it down and roll it up for safe keeping or moving it to the table to update it.

The 726th Air Mobility Squadron (726 AMS) is located at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. It is one of 10 units in the 521st Air Mobility Operations Wing headquartered at Ramstein AB. The 726 AMS provides premier C-5M Super Galaxy and C-17 en-route maintenance and aerial port functions for over 1,000 missions, transporting 15,000 passengers and delivering 30,000 tons of cargo to 5 Combatant Commanders in Europe, Africa, and Central Asia annually. Spangdahlem is nestled in the picturesque German Mosel wine-country just 26 miles from Luxembourg and 46 miles from Belgium. The unit has a proud legacy deep-seated in history with direct ties to the Army Air Corps when it operated as the 61st Carrier Group out of Rhein-Main Air Base, Germany in 1945. The unit is well-known for its key role in Operation Vittles, also known as the Berlin Air Lift, in 1948 dropping more than 2.3 million tons of supplies during the Soviet Blockade of East Germany. It was during this mission that Col Gail Halvorsen flew relief missions and became known as the Candy Bomber, when he fashioned individual candy airdrops to German children building morale for the unit, Americans back home, and more than 2 million innocent civilians on the ground.

The 3rd Airlift Squadron (3rd AS) is a squadron of the 436th Airlift Wing of the United States Air Force. It is based at Dover Air Force Base near Dover, Delaware. The 3d Airlift Squadron goes back to the days of World War II when it was activated at Pope Field, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, in March 1942, as a ferrying squadron. During the war, the 3rd was stationed at Chabau, Upper Assam, India. Later, it transferred to the India-China Wing of the Air Transport Command and carried supplies and equipment back and forth across the treacherous "Hump".
