This artwork showcases the iconic “Angel of Destruction” nose art from a B-17 Flying Fortress of the 335th Bombardment Squadron, capturing the bold character and fighting spirit of WWII bomber crews. Styled in classic wartime fashion, the piece honors the heritage, courage, and resilience of the Airmen who flew deep into contested skies. A powerful tribute to Eighth Air Force–era nose art tradition, it preserves both the personality of the aircraft and the legacy of the squadron. Perfect for collectors of historic bomber and WWII aviation art.
