Squadron Posters and Squadron Books proudly supports military families and the importance of reading to young children! We also understand that explaining in simple terms to children what Mom, Dad, or any family member does while on deployment, is vital in helping to comfort and educate the young. Those who serve our great nation are “Super Heroes”, and children need to read about the amazing things their special hero does to keep all of us safe. Book Features:

We’ve spent months on this book to get it right. The illustrations have historic significance. Aviators and crew chiefs have a tradition of bringing flying machines to life, and each plane has a personality reflecting that tradition. We played off the shark-toothed warbirds of our past to show each jets quirks and identity. The text is authentic pilot speak; using terms like “aileron roll” and “tanker offload” makes this book special and less cheesy than typical children’s airplane books.
